Good afternoon,
Our Thursday afternoon cooking classes were a hit with the children last semester, and so we’ve added six Wednesday afternoon Make/Take cooking classes this summer! If your child is already attending camp from 8:30am-3:30pm on a given date, they will participate in class without an additional signup/fee.
SUMMER MAKE AND TAKE CLASSES
Day/Time: Select Wednesdays 1:00-3:30pm
Ages: 3-11 years old
Fee: $30/child (no fee if already attending camp)
Dates/Menu:
6/11 Afternoon Tea Party: tea sandwiches, scones/jam/butter, shortbread sticks
6/18 Make homemade butter. Enjoy fresh butter on homemade buttermilk zucchini bread. (The buttermilk is the result of making butter!)
6/25 Pork and chive dumplings, dipping sauce, mango lassi.
7/9 Chocolate campfire cupcakes (whimsical decoration), fresh-squeezed strawberry lemonade.
7/16 Homemade fettucine in brown butter/herb sauce, cheese ravioli in tomato sauce.
7/23 Homemade pizzelle bowls with fresh fruit salad and whipped Chantilly cream.

NIGHT OUT
Don’t forget we have a Night Out this Saturday evening, 6/7, from 5:00-8:30pm. Dinner and dessert will be served!
